The Estate is located some 5 miles from Stafford on the A51 which runs from Stone to Rugeley.

From junction14 of the M6 follow the Stafford ring road (signs RAF) and after 2 miles turn left onto the B5066, signposted Sandon.

This leads to a junction with the A51 which is in the middle of the village of Sandon.
