Harrowby Estates have a wide range of residential property which are let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and other agreements. The properties range from substantial farmhouses to small cottages and flats in the villages surrounding the Estate, as well as more isolated rural locations.

The Estate encourages tenants to contribute towards the
communities in which they live and is always keen to develop long term relationships with tenants.

Commercial Property

Over the last 10 years the Estate has developed a number of buildings which are now let to commercial tenants, including manufacturers of garden furniture, design studios, village stores, nursery, pub, farm for disabled children, canal moorings and Sandon shoot. A number of commercial tenants also live on the Estate. Several buildings exist suitable for conversion for a wide range of uses and if you are interested contact the Harrowby Estates Office.

Farming

The Estate runs an in-hand farming operation. This comprises over 120 dairy cows and a 400 ewe sheep flock.
